Edit before you export
AI extraction isn't perfect — that's why every event lands in a visual editor first. Fix times, rooms, and titles before anything touches your calendar.
Rotating schedules, handled
A/B day rotations, alternating weeks, odd-even patterns — recurring rules are generated as proper RRULEs, not flattened duplicates.
No account, no lock-in
Paste, convert, download. Your file goes straight into the calendar app you already use. Uploads are deleted within 24 hours.
How it works
- 1
Paste or upload
Drop in syllabus text, a PDF, or a CSV — anything with dates in it.
- 2
Review the events
Every extracted event shows up in an editor. Correct anything the AI got wrong.
- 3
Download the .ics
One file, imports into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook.
FAQ
- Is the first conversion really free?
- Yes — your first conversion is free, no account and no card required. After that, credit packs start at $4 and never expire.
- What file formats can I upload?
- Plain text, PDF, CSV, and Markdown. If it contains dates and event names, we can usually extract them. For a screenshot or photo of a schedule, paste the visible text for now — image OCR is on the roadmap.
- What if the AI gets an event wrong?
- Every extracted event appears in a visual editor before export. You can fix titles, times, locations, and recurrence — nothing goes into your calendar until you say so.
- Does it support rotating or A/B week schedules?
- Yes. Rotating patterns are converted into proper calendar recurrence rules (RRULE), so alternating weeks repeat correctly instead of being duplicated as one-off events.
- What happens to my uploaded files?
- Files are processed per request and deleted within 24 hours. Content is never used to train models.
- Which calendar apps can I import into?
- Any app that reads the standard .ics format: Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Fantastical, and most others.
