• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email through our authentication provider. We never receive your password.
• Submitted content: the text or file you send to the tool in order to produce a result.
• Usage data: an anonymous visitor identifier, run counts, and basic event logs used to enforce free limits and improve the tool.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, enforce usage limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

3. Retention

Uploaded files and submitted text are processed to produce your result and are not retained longer than needed for operation and abuse prevention. You can request deletion by emailing support@texttoics.com.

4. Processors

We use infrastructure and payment providers to run this service. They process data only on our instructions.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@texttoics.com.
